Event Wi-Fi in Orlando

Orlando brings big resort ballrooms together with smaller estates, lakeside venues and private clubs. We help nonprofits and planners get dedicated connectivity where house Wi-Fi isn't enough.

A recent event

About 300 guests at The Foundry at Puritan Mill in Atlanta: one open floor with the bar, chef stations and auction. We designed the coverage, installed and tested it, and stayed on site for the night.

Questions planners ask us

Can we use the venue's existing internet?

Often, yes. We check the venue's connection, how we can get access to it and how much traffic your event will put on it. Then we build the event network on top of it. If the venue's service isn't strong or reliable enough, we'll recommend bringing our own.

Can you bring internet to a golf course, field or tent?

Yes, after a site review. We use cellular and satellite connections where they work, usually with a backup. Power, mounting and line of sight are part of the plan and the price. What's possible depends on the site, and we'll tell you plainly what to expect.

Will someone be on site during the event?

Yes. A technician stays on site from doors open through breakdown. Larger or more complex events may need more staff, and that will be in your proposal.

Does the budget estimate guarantee a price?

No. It's a starting range to help you plan. Your proposal will have one price, set after we review the venue, the guest count and what the network needs to support.
