This site is run by Resifi LLC, doing business as Internet4Events. This page explains what we collect through the site and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send a request, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, organization and the event details you share. We also receive basic technical information needed to protect the form from spam, such as your IP address and a security check result from Cloudflare Turnstile.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, plan and price your event, and keep a record of our conversation in our customer system (Zoho CRM). We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are stored in Zoho CRM. Both process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Email and text messages

We only send marketing emails or text messages if you check the box for them on our form. Text messages may include updates about your event and occasional offers. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Checking either box is never required to get a proposal.

We don't sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We record when and where you gave consent so we can honor your choices.

Analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
